A Prayer For Victory

Who would have thought that a virus would immobilize the world and instill fear and anxiety. Well, it has become a reality and many are facing fear throughout the world. Nevertheless, God is in control of the situation and although this global pandemic has disrupted our lives, this situation is temporary and this virus will come to an end. The world has overcome many obstacles in the past.

Dear Lord, our prayer is to proclaim victory over this virus and to put an end to its destruction. Your Word says “No Weapon That is Formed Against Us Shall Prosper” Isaiah 54:17.

We pray that you keep our healthcare workers safe. Lord we pray for our government leaders to make the best decisions, to keep us safe and to give us the proper guidance. We pray these things in Jesus name, Amen!

Psalm 27: 1 says “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”
